:confused: gud day to all members, i need some help hindi ko maopen ang internet option.what is wrong with my laptop.

First option

Second option

A registry key, you need to run regedit to access it.


IMPORTANT: Be very careful of what you do in this utility, all changes cannot be undone unless you backup up the registry. To do this:

1. Start > Run > regedit
2. File > Export
3. Give a the export file a name and remember the location you save it to.
4. Select "ALL" for the Export range
5. Hit Save

Then look for the key.

screen cap 1 shows the rightmost side of the browser page...

screen cap 2 shows the leftmost side...

so even if you can't see screen cap 2 on your browser (this is assuming that the show menu bar option is unchecked, you'll still be able to see screen cap 1).

as the other have mentioned, clicking the 'tools' item will show a menu list containing the 'internet options' item.

can you do a screen cap of the whole upper portion of your browser's splash page and post it here?

i played around with IE7 and did this screen cap of the whole upper portion...

notice that unlike my previous screen caps 1(right side of the browser) and 2(left side of the browser), the menu items are not shown.

i did this by removing all the toolbar command buttons.

to make them all visible, do a right click on the gray part (toolbar) directly below the url textbox (the portion where a web site's address is shown); when the context menu pops up, choose the option 'customize command bar', 'add or remove commands'.

the 'customize toolbar' dialog box pops up.

choose the items on the right; try 'tool's for instance and then click the 'add' button and then hit the 'close' button'.

notice that the 'tools' button now appears on your browser's toolbar.

xp ba gamit mo? try mo munang magsystem restore start > run > accessories > system tools > system restore then choose a restore point, dun sa calendar may pagpipilian na dates na nakabold font, piliin mo yung date prior dun sa pagkakainstall mo ng screen saver. after nun, magrerestart ka ng pc. then pakipost na lang dito yung nangyari after system restore.

@pach-x, paki post mo na lang yung model ng laptop mo,titignan ko spec.tsaka mga drivers na kailangan,pag hindi mo pa rin makuha sa mga instructions na ibinibigay nila pupunta ako sa inyo sa yasumi ko,re-installation solution dyan!May corrupt sa registry at nakakalito rin kasi paliwanag mo,nahihilo tuloy sila!:)

1. Yung vista nyo po ba upgraded from Windows XP or Clean install from start ?
2. Kung mali man ako , puede natin icheck kung ano ang permission meron ka sa laptop mo Guest User , or Admin user ba ang level mo ?

gud day to all tf members who are trying 2 solve my problem,tama ka infinite tuliro na nga yata.last night nag system restore ulit ako the day the problem begun,sad to say natuloyan nag restore nga kaya lang totally wala ng icon sa screen kahit un start man nawala.eto lumabas.Explorer.EXE _ unable to locate component......This application failed because BROWSEUI.dll was not found.Re installing the application may fix this problem...........wo w nasira na nga talaga help................ ..........
