mga ka-tf hanggang ilang calories lng ba ang kailangan ng ating katawan for everyday??curious lng po ako,im watching my diet po kasi ngayon...and totoo ba na nakakataba rin ang bread?kasi abi ng friend ko pag nagda-diet wag daw kumain ng bread and rice??mejo mahirap po kasi di kumain ng dalawang yun??,.tnx in advance sa mga magre-reply,,

Wala akong idea kung ilan or hanggang ilang calories ang kailangan nating everyday. Pero sa tanong mong about bread and rice, aba hirap yatang di kumain na kahit sa ano dyan. Sa pagdidiet kasi di naman kailangan yung di ka kumain, sa experienced ko sa pagdidiet before ang kailangan lang ay yung desiplina at exercise. May kasabihan lahat ng bagay na kulang at sobra ay nakakasama. Wait pa tayo ng ibang taga TF na makapag bigay ng kanilang kaalaman.:D :p :D

hello sweet..ako din di ko alam kung ilang calories ang kailangan..pero natry ko yung south beach diet. no bread, no rice sya for 2 weeks. as in puro green veggies, meat lang yung diet. effective naman..pumayat naman ako hehe

tnx infinite,myukasky anong klaseng luto naman ng veggies un kinakain mo that time,,salad ba lahat?,like anong vegs.?ang pwedeng mabili sa s.market??ang gnagawa ko kasi ngayon is my bread and rice parin,konting rice lng as in 3 spoon lang yata,chaka 2 slice of bread lng with palaman na tuna,orange or apple,,everyday!yan lng yun kain ko,i dont eat meat sa ngayon..ok na kaya yun?umiinom din ako 1 glass of milk,sabi hindi daw dapat umiinom ng milk ang nagda-diet??

Actually maraming factors to consider kung gusto mo talaga malaman ang calories na dapat para sayo. ibaba kasi tayo ng weight, height, frame, bodyfat percentage and metabolism etc. Consider mo na rin yung activities mo everyday. Iba yung kailangan ng may desk job lang at pag lakad ka ng lakad.
Mag focus ka na lang on the right choices of food. Tama sila na greens ang pinaka-ok kainin. I'll try to list some fat burning foods for you:
Greens/vegetables (spinach, cauliflower, brocolli..etc)
Brown rice
wheat bread (100% wheat)
Fish (tuna, salmon..)
chicken (w/o skin)
Yams/sweet potato
Beef
Egg Whites
Eto naman ang dapat iwasan:
ice cream
candies/chocolates
fruit juices (daming sugar nito)
dairy products (except cottage cheese, plain yogurt)
Pork
white rice
white bread
Tapos exercise talaga para mag lose ka ng fats and bumilis metabolism mo. Stationary bike (30mins) everyday will do wonders for your body. If you can enroll in a gym e mas ok!
btw, Green tea is perfect for fat burning and drink at least 1 gallon of water everyday.

hello sweet reina d ako dietician pero nung nagdiet ako try ko lng at least 1200 calories eat ko kasi gusto ko agad magloose ng weight! pero dapt my multivitamins ka i take kasi ultra low calories yung 1200cal! pero after 3 months na attain ko n yung gusto kong weight nag pilates ako! it works! syka need mag exercise not necessesarily na mag work out k s gym kasi db alam ko nman mga busy tayo sa work at least 1 hour walking or exercise at home at least 3 x a week or everyday pag my time ka! tapos you can eat rice kaya lng moderate lng sa night konti carbohydrates lng eat you! ako kasi sa morning fruits, yogurt plain lng, milk and cereal tapos sa afternoon yung first week ko 1 cup tapos 2nd week ng diet 1/2 cup na sumunod tapos at night d ako eat ng rice, veggies and fish or sometimes puede ka eat rice 1/4 cup and kung magbread ka ako whole wheat bread d ako eat ng white bread tapos milk lowfat before ka sleep, basta make sure na healthy yung eat mo, like puede k nman kumain ng meat pero yung lean meat lng! sa chicken ako breast part lng at iniiwasan ko ang deep fry kasi ma cholesterol! tapos kapag nag diet ka it doesn't mean na d ka na eat ng favorite mong food at least once a week treat mo sarili mo ako! once a week eat ako ng pizza or pag week end pero syempre hindi ganon ka dami moderate lng! ice cream, cake ok lng yon basta wag everyday, kasi mas pinipigilan mo pagkain lalo kang masasabik tendency mas madami kang makakin! and importante don't skip meal ok! syaka mostly ng food ko eat kundi grill steam sya! kung saute extra virgin olive oil at least healthy or grapeseed oil konti lng nman so kahit mahal ok lng! basta ako ginagawa ko! basta iisipin mo ok lng kumain basta isipin mo ma burn ko b tong ipapasok ko sa katawan mo ba! at wag sobra yung tama lng! at d ako nag softdrink at beer no no magkakabeer belly ka! hangat maiiwasan ang alcohol! pero minsan puede wine or champagne or uroncha na lng ha!ha!ha! mas ok or water pinaka maganda!para malinis body mo! kung night na at matutulog kana! wag na kumain masyado ng carb. ok! mga 8 pm stop na wag na midnight snack kakataba yon! and junk foods iwasan! pero after 6 also puede na! pero mahirap for us nag wowork tayo db? hindi ako bilib sa south beach diet or atkins! nasa tao yon kung paano ang eating habbits natin kasi iba iba kasi tao yung iba mabilis metabolism! kay kung mabagal ang sayo need mo fiber food and drink a lot of water para maging maganda nag pagdigest ng food sa body ntin. so it really depends on you sweet -reina self discipline yan!
basta wag ka magpapagutom mas madami ka makakain! d nman tayo kasi tulad ng mga model or artista n need minsan magskip n ng meal or unhealthy diet ng mga super model!
kasi puhunan nila yon dp ang sexy figure nila! puede nman tayong maging sexy na di magsuffer basta healthy eating habbits goodluck sa diet program mo!

bale...no dairy (except mozzarella cheese)
veggies bawal ang mga beans, potatoes (yung macarbo), wheat
bawal pasta, bread, rice
yung kinakain kong salad puro kamatis, boiled chicken, green veggie, mozzarella cheese tapos balsamic vinegar. pag gutom pwede ka kumain ng nuts or boiled egg. minsan naman eggplant pizzette kinakain ko. pwede yung sauce ng pasta saka yung oil na gagamitin olive oil. tapos one cup of coffee lang a whole day (no sugar, no milk). bawal din pala fruits at kahit anong sweets. pero sa 3rd week, pede na mag rice or bread, pero one cup lang sa whole day. lagi nga meat kinakain ko nun..hehe. okay naman kasi natuto akong irestrict yung sweet food saka bumaba yung capacity ng kain ko. di tulad before na lamon ng lamon hehe. syempre samahan din ng exercise.

ok lng ang fruits because it has fiber na need ng body natin to digest anyfood, my mga fruits din n dapt iwasan for starter s diet program mo kasi my natural sugar ang fruits db? so iwasan mo muna pear, grapes, cantaloupe,mangoes and avocadoes kasi masyadong madami ang natural sugar contain niyan, so tendency tataba ka kasi m stock lang sa body mo kapag to much yung sugar ng body ntin d na na absorb. apple and orange are good choice tapos banana n din even a lot of calories but meron siyang potassium n need ng body natin!

depende po sa diet na pipiliin nyo. since bawas fats ako, no carb, no fruits, no sugar...kalbaryo talaga. meron din kasing fruit diet, so puro fruits naman yun.

hello sweet..ako din di ko alam kung ilang calories ang kailangan..pero natry ko yung south beach diet. no bread, no rice sya for 2 weeks. as in puro green veggies, meat lang yung diet. effective naman..pumayat naman ako heheako din natry ko south beach and effective talaga ,kaya lang hindi ko kaya stage 1 stage 2 n lang muna ako kasi hindi bagay sakit sobrang payat and ayaw ni hubby nagagalit ,pero healthy talaga siya noh? yung sa bread instead na kumain ka ng regular bread i suggest yung wheat bread yung, kulay brown siya ,hindi white ,and pwede kang mag rice kaya lang brown rice ,kung ayaw mo talagang tumaba at hindi mo maiwasan ang rice ,ako kasi 6 years na kong hindi kumakain ng rice kasi i want to eat sweets eh ,na lately ko lang nalaman na not good ,takot na po ako sa in demand na sakit DIABETES, suggestion lang po:)

after 3 weeks pwede ka ng mg fruits pero hindi kasing dami ng kinakain mo dati ,and nuts din pwede kang magmeryenda and any low fat cheeses ,ako din parang hindi na ko na sasatisfy ng mga dark meats na yan ,since nasubukan kong mag diet and hindi na din ako kain ng kain ,maliban na lang pag yasumi ni daddy namin kasi family day namin yun eh , labas ,kakain kaya yun yung treat ko sa sarili ko ,and yung hilig ko sa sweets ,nabawasan hindi sa nagpipigil but hindi ko na talaga sya ma enjoy ng ganon ,since a kid chocoholic na ko as in adik ,pero ngayun , pag tumikhim ako sasabihin ko pa sa sarili ko na bakit sobrang tamis?(chocolate kaya yun) minsan bibili lang ako hindi naman nagaglaw sa ref:D try mo lang if youre worry about gaining weight ,its healthy
