hi Mrs. B, here are my tips:

-I'm pretty sure your company takes charge of the ski wear rentals, so there's nothing to worry about your gear since everything will be provided from head to foot:) but make sure you order the right boots size to avoid foot injuries.

-don't forget to bring sunscreen for your face. apply it not just once but twice or more, that depends of course on the SPF level of your topical solution.

-apply lip balm as often as possible, you might want to put it in your pocket so that you can easily grab it when you feel like using it.

-and most of all, never forget your digicam:pyou don't wanna miss the action, do you? just insert it in your gear's pocket and you're good to go;)

warning:eek: be extra careful when taking the lift...don't hurt yourself!

let's share pix when you get back here in TF. ENJOY- have fun, fun, fun...cheers!

Since you're a beginner, I suggest you rent your gears right on the ski resort where you're going to.

Good luck!

2 weeks ago, galing kasi kami sa Nagano for a week ski trip. it was also my first time but we had our own instructors hired by the university, so everything was prepared by them from ski wear to ski lessons.

you can ski with your eyeglasses, or even wear both your eyeglasses and goggles from the ski rentals. that's how our students did while skiing.

Hello Mrs. B,

Lastly, "must" ang sumali sa ski school lalo na pag first time ninyo. :p Good luck sa inyo, and enjoy! :)
