DEPOSED President Joseph Estrada has temporarily stopped the flow of money to the 11 Genuine Opposition candidates for senator in hopes they will look for ways to replenish their campaign kitties.
“We’re doing this to let them [Team Unity candidates] catch up because we have already left them eating dust,” Ejercito said in a phone interview. But he admitted that they were having a hard time financing their sorties. “Kanya-kanya kami sa gastos eh [Everyone pays his own way],” he said.
