Try this first option :)

1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. On the Performance tab, click File System.
3. On the Troubleshooting tab uncheck select the Disable System Restore ..check box if it is checked.
4. Click OK twice, and then click Yes when you are prompted to restart the computer.

paano ba ibabalik ang administrator log on or paano ba makaka log on as anadministrator?

naturn off ko kasi ang system restore nang mapasok ako ng virus,kaya pag mag delete ako ng
program at iba pa,laging may error mesagge na"you dont have permisson or previllege to remove or change this pls.contact or log on as an administrator to do that.
