A civil society report on the use of congressional pork barrel uncovered at least six information technology (IT) projects in Luzon in which basic, “unbranded” personal computers installed in public schools were allegedly bought at P217,500 each.


An unbranded PC with licensed software would normally cost just around P50,000 at the most, noted the first installment of “PDAF Watch,” an initiative of the Caucus of Development NGO Networks (Code-NGO).


The “overpriced” IT projects were found in Metro Manila, Southern Tagalog and Central Luzon.

napanood ko sa the correspondents sa tfc kagabi yan.yung congresswoman ay pinangalanan na si uliran joaquin ng 1st district of laguna.sa 217T na computer,may kasamang encyclopedia software pero pitated.3 timer na sya sa next election kaya mayor na lang ang tatakbuhin at yung anak naman ang tatakbong kongresman.:D

CORRUPTION at its best or worst?? Papano ba naman uunlad ang bansa natin kung mismong mga taong nasa position ang mga "magnanakaw"? What better term na puwedeng itawag sa mga taong kumukuha ng hindi naman kanila lalo na at pera? Isipin nyo, x4 ang ginawa nilang presyo... tsk.tsk.tsk kawawang mga Pilipino..

nag kataon lang na nabuking si Congresswoman. pero dapat lang na gawan nya ng paraan para maka kurakot.

kasi paano nya babawi-in ang ginastos nyang milyong milyong peso sa panahon ng election.
yung pera na binili niya ng mga boto dapat lang na mabalik sa kanya at kikita pa sya aside sa sweldo nya na 30K pesos per month( correct me if im wrong).

kaya habang may bilihan ng boto sa election hindi masosolba ang korakotan lalo na sa mga probensya na talamak ang bilihan ng boto halos umaabot ng 500pesos kada boto.


kaya yung ibang mga congressmen halos tutulo ang mga laway nila pag na release na ang kanilang mga pork barrel. ang pork barrel ito ang tawag sa funds na gagamitin para sa pag papagawa ng mga infrastructures,agri cultural development projects, education at etc..
kaya yung pera ng bayan ay na sasayang lang at napupunta sa mga bulsa ng mga korakot natin mga leader.

kaya normal na sa atin na after ng term ng congressman siguradong yayaman at punong puno ng pera ang mga bulsa nila..

kaya kawawa talag si juan dela cruz,kaya hindi natin masisisi kung bakit nang didiri yung mga taga ibang bansa sa mga leader natin.
pati tayong mga ordinaryong pinoy nadadamay na rin.

ka-TF na biloglog, nakaka-frustrate na nga talaga ang situation ng bansa natin. ang bottomline, dahil sa kahirapan ng tao lalo na sa mga probinsiya nasisilaw sila sa konting halaga kapalit ng dignidad. tama ka, hanggang may bumibili ng boto hindi tayo magkakaron ng matitinong mga leaders. unang-una, hindi na ang kakayahang mamuno ang makikita kundi ang kapasidad na makabili ng boto. mas maraming pera, mas maraming mabibiling boto kaya para nga naman makabawi, kabi-kabilang kupit at kurakot ang gagawin.

Dapat tanggalin na lang ang pork barrel na yan para walang source ng corruption. Bakit nga ba kelangan pang i channel sa kanila ang budget samantalang may mga department naman na in charge. Siguro pag tinanggal ang pork barrel na yan wala ng may gustong kumandidato pa as congressman.

No one who commented ever mentioned your congresswoman-friend as a fraud. Besides, pag may usok may apoy sabi ng matatanda sa atin. I reacted based on the news and it was a reaction in general to the issue of corruption. Relax ka lang kabayan. No need of defending her if she really is an honest and clean servant of our country. The truth will prevail and she'll be vindicated in due time kung wala talagang anomalyang nangyari. :)

di bale pag wala ng makain mga tao sa Pinas meron na silang kakatayin para pansigang, menudo, adobo o kaya lechon. dapat mas maraming baboy na ilagay sa barrel para mas lalong maraming makatay.
