Adoption issue

Hello mga ka TF:)

Ano ba ang pagkaiba in terms of requirements or any matters kung mag adopt ka sa anak ng kaibigan mo at sa anak mismo ng direct family mo like brother /sister, nephew/niece etc. sa Pilipinas?

Kung ang adoption naman ay gagawin kaagad right after the birth pwede ba na sa pangalan na ng mag adopt ang maging parents' name na isusulat doon sa birth certificate ng bata?

May narinig akong ganitong tanong sa radyo on legal consultation sabi ng lawyer may violation kung after birth ilagay na agad names ng mag-aadopt kasi daw dapat biological parents ang nakasulat sa birth certificate then proceed kayo sa adoption papers.:)
