MANILA, Philippines -- El Shaddai leader Bro. Mariano “Mike” Velarde has a preliminary list of candidates configured 7-7-4.
Halfway into the campaign for the 12 Senate seats up for grabs in the May 14 elections, the influential leader of the Catholic charismatic group told the Inquirer yesterday that he had drawn up a shortlist of 18 candidates from where members could select their final 12.
