im planning to apply passport sa japanese baby ko.

Report of Marriage or ROM of parents (if parents were married in Japan) or Marriage Contract of parents (if parents were married in the Philippines). If parents were married in another country, one (1) photocopy of Report of Marriage issued by Philippine Embassy or Philippine Consulate General in the country where the marriage ceremony took place.

(pwede na po ba dito yun kosekitohon?gaano katagal marelease ang passport?)

Mother’s Birth Certificate (or Father’s Birth Certificate if the mother is NOT a Filipino)

(pwede na rin po ba dito ang kosekitohon?gaano po katagal marelease? does this mean dual citizen na ba si baby,or iba pa yun application dun?)

picture na 2> passport size , kosekitohon(marriage contract),juminsyou (residence certificate) .. and payment for the passport 10.000yen ... .. dun mo na pa~kuhanan ng picture meron dun, may technique sila dun pag baby ang kinukuhanan ,para di ka na mahirapan pa ang price 1,800 yen ... one week lang po yan.

Report of Birth (ROB)

For a Child of Married Parents (Legitimate)

As a basic rule, Report of Birth forms should be filled-up and signed by one of the parents who is a Filipino national.
1. Duly Accomplished Report of Birth Forms (Available at the Information Counter) - submit three (3) original copies

2. Child's Birth Certificate (Shussei Shomeisho) or Maternity Record Book (Boshi Techo) - to be translated at the Philippine Embassy - present original document and submit three (3) photocopies

3. Parent's Marriage Contract (if married in the Philippines) or Report of Marriage from Philippine Embassy (if married in Japan or outside the Philippines) - submit three (3) photocopies

4. Mother's Passport or Travel Document or Affidavit of Identity (if mother is NOT a Filipino, Passport or Driver's License) - present original copy and submit three (3) photocopies

5. Mother's Birth Certificate (or Father's Birth Certificate if the mother is NOT a Filipino) - submit three (3) photocopies

6. Father's Passport or Travel Document or Affidavit of Identity or Driver's License (if father is NOT Filipino, Passport or Driver's License) - present original copy and submit three (3) photocopies

7. Affidavit of Legitimation - if the child was born before the parents got married and there was no impediment for them to get married at the time of child's birth (form available at the Consular Information Counter) - submit three (3) copies

Basic Fees:
ROB and Translation of Boshi Techo or Shussei Shomeisho ¥ 10,500.
Affidavit of Legitimation (if child was born before marriage of parents) ¥ 5,250.


and dual citizenship hanggang 21 yrs old lang yan.. then the child decides kung anong citizenship ang gusto nya ... magkaiba ang application po.. yang nasa taas ang mga kailangan ... more or less one week ang tinatagal bago mai~release depende yan kung lahat ng documents ay kumpleto ..

nga pala pasensya na po hindi ko po kase ipapaalam sa hubby ko na ikukuha ko ng passport si baby kaya medyo patago rin ang pag gather ko ng papers,anytime lang na may chance ako lumusot.

kailangan yan.. authenticated ha.. pwede naman ipakuha mo yan sa pamilya mo duon .. wala ka bang kapatid? hindi naman mahirap kumuha nyan :)

wow neg san...ganda ng thread mong ito........marami akong natutunan.......ako rin kasi wala nangangapa pa talaga dito sa japan.....lalo na sa mga ganitong bagay.......tapos yung anak ko rin philippine passport siya....diko maintindihan bakit ayaw pa apply ng daddy niya ng japanese passport or dual passport siya.......kasi nga mendoksay daw........so kung talagang gusto ko palang i apply ng japanese passport baby ko....magagawa ko naman pala........pwede naman pala kahit diko na ipaalam kay habibi ko............

may mga bagay naman talaga na pwede tayo na ang gumawa,yun nga lang kulang tayo sa kaalaman at medyo mahina ang powers natin dito kaya inaasa natin sa kanila.advice ko lang na ask permission pa rin sa hubby mo about your plans,and then explain mo na ikaw ang kikilos at hindi siya maaabala. ngayon kung ayaw niya pa rin and talagang sa isip mo kakailanganin mo ito in the future why go for it diba?then ask the experts sa mga bagay na hindi mo maintindihan para hindi magka trouble.sa ganun baka bumulib pa sayo hubby mo.:love:
