mainichi The Japan Federation of Bar Associations is set to take measures this month to defeat Japan's so-called "hostage justice" system under which courts refuse to release criminal trial defendants on bail if they deny the charges against them. The federation plans to organize requests for the release of defendants in courts in eight areas across the country. If its requests are denied, it will fight the courts' decisions with complaints and appeals, and investigate the specific reasons for suspects not being released. Read more... hirap may pera kang pang-bail pero kelangan mag-plead ng guilty pano abogado ng akusado tiyak mangangamote........ di ba pwede i-amend na lang ang batas? file nila request sa branch ng judiciary rin? ganun:confused:

hmmmm! mahirap yan,kung wala alam sa Law sa Japan,pero alam ko lang law sa mga democratic country,at sama muna Bill of rights saten sa Pinas,Theres no person shall be deprived of life,rights,property etc..without due processs of law nor shall any person denied the equal protection of the law?haloween where are you? ano tingin mo rito?"hostage justice pala!
