bbc Japan will overtake US economic growth this year as it emerges from its decade-long slump, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) predicts. Rising private investment, strong company profits and a pick up in exports should push growth to 2.3%. In its latest World Economic Outlook, the IMF cut its projection for US growth to 2.2%, reflecting increased problems in the housing market. I can't claim to know much about economics but this one seems fairly positive- though I wonder if it's not a case of hiding the down side by making people smile ?;)

I admire the Japanese people for being superb ambitious. It reminds me sometime ago on how the Americans mad and smashed all the Japanese cars parked along the streets of US when the Japanese yen sudden rose that it was resulted of the US dollar went down as low as ¥80 equal to $1 .But this time, Japanese economy is recovering and unstoppable.i could see few years from now the biggest pie of the world market will be controlled by the hands of Japanese.
