inquirer More than half-a-million Filipinos abroad will cast their ballots starting today for the May 14 elections in the second Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV) exercise since 2004, the Department of Foreign Affairs announced yesterday. Foreign Undersecretary for Special Concerns Rafael Seguis said a total of 504,110 absentee voters are registered in 156 countries involving 88 foreign posts, compared to 361,446 registrants in the 2004 elections.
