Where to apply re-entry permit

I was granted single entry permit for one year length of stay. San po ba ako pede magapply ng re-entry permit. i know sa immigration but i don't know where the office is. my nbasa ako immigration office sa narita pede b dun mag apply even weekends. my balak kc akong magbakasyon this coming obon. may i also know the requirements that i should bring. tsaka kung magkano payment.

Another question my hubby was granted a 15 days temporary visit..he wishes to extend it ng another 7 days. may payment ba in filing extension of stay? anong requirements?

so same office lang kmi mag aaply right?

same office. same requirements lang nung nag apply sya ng visa .... not sure kung yung pang seven days or 15 days the same lang ang payment... pero may bayad po syempre....good luck :)

so fill-up the application forms lang ang process?
on the day itself po ba ang releasing din nun?

tsaka ilang days ang maximum na pede sya extension?
