yahoo Smoking will be prohibited in some 8,000 taxi cabs operating in Nagoya and 19 neighboring municipalities from Tuesday, according to the Nagoya-based taxi association. It will be the first time that a no-smoking rule in taxi cabs has been introduced across such a wide area of Japan, including a government-designated large city. Read more...
