Good luck sis! :)

I'd like to expand on what our dear aviationlady here mentioned. Even if you have a visa that allows working or a technical permission to co-sponsor dependents from abroad, It is best and I cannot stress so much; to ask permission first from your employers.
While you might be allowed by the Immigration Rules, it is your employer who will answer to the immgration bureau if anything goes wrong.
While some companies find it emotionally beneficial to have their foreign employees' families physically present in Japan, it may also mean the opposite for sponsors in terms of financial support, housing, health insurances etc.
Whatever it may be - I would suggest that people who intend to bring their families here seek the advice of their respective sponsors first and commence paperwork only when the request is approved by the sponsoring company.
Goodluck!
