whats the proper "name" for this contract?

Hi Guys,

just want to ask kung anong proper name ng contract na ito

the situation goes like this, employee B was introduced by employe A to the company, and we will make a contract that will connect A to B , wherein if employee A wishes to discontinue his contract to the company , employee B will not be renewed when his contract expires.

Co-terminus case bale ang mangyayari. Why not name it simply Employment Agreement, tapos may clause na lang na term and termination sa loob.

signatory bale ni A,B and yung company yung pinaka importante ... yung format bale parang "This contract is entered by or among " ..pag sa Japan hindi ko masyado kabisado kung pano yung format nila ng buo... :)
