manilabulletin The 90-day campaign period ended uproariously at 12 midnight last night for 46,044 candidates contesting the 17,889 positions in this year’s midterm elections set tomorrow. The candidates, who were reminded by Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chairman Benjamin S.
