How Do You Participate sa Japanese Community

Since we are already here in Japan, and we evolve here, there might be chances for us to participate or contribute to japanese community events, especially on festivals, or international celebrations.

Last Saturday, we participated sa Matsuri here in my place Iruma city. There is an international presentation stage as one of the attraction, where in foreigners present their own countries, dances or songs or whatever.

Eh iyong head of the event which is the head officer of foreigners guidance section sa city office, palagi kong nasasalubong sa daan, at tinanong niya ako kung wala ba akong alam o kilalang puwedeng mag represent sa mga pilipino. Eh, two weeks na lang po ang natitira, at nagkataong gusto talaga namin mag-join sa mga matsuri for evangelizing purposes. I asked kung puwede ang gospel chorus, ok lang naman daw. Iyon, binanatan namin nang praise and worship songs. Hindi kami nakuhanan nang maayos nang photographer namin dahil kinukuhanan din kami nang video. Attached is one of the shot.

we don't have enough time para maghanda nang talagang pang pilipinas na presentation, and nataon nga talaga na we really desire to share Christ sa japanese community, and this is one way we know. Next year, we will prepair na filipiniana ang dating, of course, we will reserve another praise and worship song.

Maaaring masyadong religious ang dating, but we should not be ashame of our faith. We must stand out.
