Miss Philippines named Miss Photogenic

inquirer Though she failed to make it to the Top 15 in the Miss Universe 2007 pageant now being held in Mexico City, Miss Philippines Anna Theresa Licaros received a special award as Miss Photogenic. Viewers from all over the world logged on to NBC.com to vote online on who among the candidates was worthy of being Miss Photogenic. Meanwhile, the candidates voted Miss China, Ningning Zhang, as Miss Congeniality. Ms. Japan was crowned the new Miss Universe 2007.
