asahi On Tuesday, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's Cabinet endorsed its first annual economic and fiscal policy outline. However, it does not offer a road map pointing to the inevitable increase in the public burden to support an aging society. Nor does it offer detailed descriptions of agricultural and other domestic reforms that are indispensable for negotiating an economic partnership agreement with the United States and Europe.
