just wanna share to all the mommies out there like me who just gave birth..and trying to be back on shape again.From being size 13 now i can wear size 7 im so happy..i almost lost 10 pounds within 6 months.
here's what i did;
note: ( alam ko po na marami magiging against sa suggestion ko but based on my experinece at maybe some would might react na loka loka talaga ang bara na ito!!!but 95% po kasi dito me nangayayat at i can say im sexy again!!!)
1.calorie count for breakfast i cup coffee and 3 sticks tabaco.For lunch 1 onigiri or 145 instant karai harusame only 100 yen and 2 cups cc lemon juice.Dinner i eat before 6 pm so around 5 past kumakain na me normal meal rice,ulam and little chips.

2.twice a week 2 hours exercise in the gym.45 minute aerobic workout then 1 hour training gym equipments the best is sit ups 50 times talaga nakakaliit ng tiyan....the body bump workout sobra the best 45 minutes talaga anakaka firm ng mag arms legs ang thighs.

3.and mangunsumi po kayo sa hubby niyo....ang sobra po falang pagiisip ay nakaka payat at mag tabaco po kayo at kape kung nagugutom....

lust look nalang po kayo sa avatar ko that picture is taken sa waikiki beach in hawai!!!! iluv that bikini!!!!:p
so mga mommies lets all be sports active lets do our exercise,but wag niyo me gayahin being chain smoker ok right now im trying my best to quit but i take it slowly:D chao!!!

My opinion:

Wow!! It was surprising that you would be advising moms cigarettes as part of a diet regimen. Not good for the health... What's good for you might not be good for the others. I was just wondering... How many months was your baby when you started working out? Didn't you nurse your baby?

The aerobics and the weights are ok... but the cigarettes? That's not good. :D

Nasubukan ko ding namrublema noon, at in less than 2 mos ay nangayayat ako ng husto. Kunsumisyon is the fastest and cheapest solution sa kabilbilan! haha! :biglaugh:
Problem pa rin sis kahit payats ako, di pa rin ako mkapag-2 piece ksi bka lumabas ang TAHITIAN ko!:eeek: :grinny: Kung ikaw may Waikiki, ako nman may Tahitian.:p :bonk:

Shekshi mo na talaga sis... pwede na uli rumampa!

see I told you guy's nakakapayat talaga ang before 6 pm ang kain after that lots of liquid or pag gutom fruits na lang ang kainin sa gabi kasi ang metabolism ng tao sa gabi matagal matunaw ..... :p galeng~~~ ah~~~ Bara san... pero no no~~~ po ako sa YOSI hate ko po yan ~~ and coffee ~~~ clean living po ako ;)

...makikigulo narin ako bara san...sa palagay ko lang di yata magandang diet ang ginagawa mo or di yata healthy diet ito kase sa breakfast sabi mo coffee at 3 sticks tabacco which is parehas hindi maganda sa katawan ang coffee at sigarilyo. tapos ang lunch mo instant eh pag sinabi mong instant di po yan maganda sa katawan at oo naniniwala ako na papayat ka talaga nyan dahil kung baga walang laman masyado ang tyan mo pero you better change your diet kase may masamang effect po yan sa katawan tapos kapapanganak mo lang pala. kung nagbe~breast feeding kayo masama sa bata po yun. then yung dinner mo sabi mo normal so di ba dapat nga sa umaga ka kumain ng marami dahil madali syang matunaw tapos yung sayo with chips pa:confused:

...anyway, kung palagay mo naman na maganda sa katawan mo then you have your choice. ingat nalang po sa diet.

ako nga eh, ngayon nag iisip na kong papaano liliit ulit after giving birth on Sept.....balak kong mag "TAEBO", yong DVD ni BILLY..."boot camp", ngayon lang ako nag isip nang ganito about sa timbang.
Di ko yata kaya yong diet mo, pero very good for you...sexy nyo na po...kakainggit naman.
