Emergency hospitals decreasing due to staff shortage

The number of emergency hospitals in 33 of Japan's 47 prefectures has decreased in the last three years, due mainly to staff shortages.

It should be high time that the Japanese government allow more foreign hospital workers here specially skilled Filipino nurses and doctors (at least those who know Japanese or at least learn it quickly).
