hello mga tf! may idea po ba kayo about job interview as an esl teacher? pls tell me kung ano mga question nila. thanks

It is not only about the questions they will ask but also how you will answer those questions. Of course, they will be watching out for your grammar, pronuncitation, and intonation. Hindi puedeng pa-sosyal ang sagot mo with matching fake american accent. Kahit na smart ang mga sagot mo sa mga tanong kung barok naman ang english mo, you might as well find some other job. They might ask questions like:

1. Why do you want to be an ESL teacher?
2. What are your career goals? is it in teaching?
3. Have you had any teaching experience before? where? and what did you teach?
4. Why teach with this company? why not other ESL companies?
5. Can you teach adults? kids? both?
