ask ko lang po kung sino magaling magluto dyan pa share naman po ng recipe ng mechado...sawang sawa na po kasi kami sa luto ko,wala po ako masyado alam na luto ng hapon kasi pilipino asawa ko.
pero na pupurga na kami sa alam ko at alam nya na luto.

onegai naman po dyan lalo na sa kapampangan puro kasi kapampangan kamag-anak ko,pero kung wala kahit sino po....

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

1 Beef top round; whole
14 Cooking oil
4 Garlic; sliced thinly
1 Onion; sliced
2 Potato; quartered ; fried
1 Carrot; cut into 2" pieces
1 Lime; sliced with rind
2 Soy sauce
12 Peppercorns; crushed
1 Tomato sauce
1 Bay leaf
1 Salt
1 1/2 Hot water
Instructions:

Recipe by: Nila Sweeney Preparation Time: 1:00 1. Brown meat in cooking oil set aside. 2. In the same oil saute garlic and onion. But in lime soy pepper tom sauce bay leaf and salt. Simmer for 3-5min. 3. Add meat and water. Cover and simmer until meat is tender. 4. Add potatoes and carrot. When vegetables are done slice meat. Arrang on a platter with vegetables. Strain sauce and pout over meat.

Interesting recipe for Mechado you have there Miss Yukio.

Here’s mine, my patsam(ba) recipe.

Beef or Pork, diced - 2 lbs
Kamatis, large, diced – 3 ea
Sibuyas, large, chopped – 2 ea
Bawang, crushed – 4-5 cloves
Soy sauce – ½ cup

Approx. lang lahat ang engridients ko, patsam nga eh….
Pagsamasamahin mo lang lahat sa Kaldero, lagyan ng tubig (just enough water to barely cover everything) pakuluin ng walang takip hanggang lumapot ang sabaw at maging sarsa. Yung kamatis at sibuyas, pag natunaw sa kulo…yun ang magiging sarsa. Pag natatagalan kang lumapot….lagyan mo ng tomato sauce or konting tomato paste. I usually wait for it na lang na lumapot. Add 1 bayleaf (Laurel).
Add Patatas (takpan) ….then season to taste with salt or paminta, sometimes I add 1 tsp of vinegar and crushed red pepper just for kicks. Hintayin mo lang maluto yung patatas….bwallahh, instant mechado na!
You can add red bell pepper if you want, to make it appealing to the eye.
Betsin and Patis instead of salt…puede mo rin lagyan.

The key is wag kang mainip na maghintay sa pag lapot ng sabaw. At first, medyo di maganda ang amoy pero pag lumalapot na at nagsasama-sama na ang lasa ng mga engridients, diyan na lalabas yung tunay na amoy at lasa.

Hi! mechado ang iluluto ko for tonight.Share q sayo recipe...
MECHADO
*3pound rump roast,chunk beef
*3cloves garlic,minced
*1small onion chopped
*3large tomatoes,chopped
*1bayleaf
*3tablespoon soy sauce
*6medium potatoes,quartered
Oil for frying
*3 cloves garlic

Direction;
cook beef,garlic,onion,to matoes,soysauce and bayleaf in a pan till meat is tender,
about 45minutes to an hour.About 30 minutes untill meat is cooked fry potatoes in oil
till browned.Drain all put 1 tablespoon cooking oilfrom pan and add the garlic.Saute for 2 mins.
Removemeat from sauce and add to saute garlic.Brown meat and add potatoes and sauce mixture to meat and garlic.Heat till boil then serve hot.

Pahabol, kung napansin mo, walang gisa-gisa sa style ng Mechado ko. Sa kulungan ko natutunan yan.:hihi:
Less fat (kung beef ang gamit)
Less work. Puede ka pang manood ng movie. Just check on it every 15-20 mins. baka masunog. Finished product will come out hmmm....outstanding. :food: :yippee:

naguluhan ako ah:confused: pero salamat po sa mga reply nyo.gagawin ko po ito isaisa kung saan masarapan asawa ko kasi favorite nya ito....
