Dear Yasashi,

On Nov. 2007, the Japanese immigration will be imposing a new system on landing examination. The foreigner entering Japan needs to be photograped and scan the finger print. This is to a action for terrorist risk and other illegal activities.

If you dont want to do this step, immigration will be deporting you. Its actually additional steps in entering Japan but need not to worry if you are coming here legally.:p

kasama din ba sa mga machecheck ang mga long term resident na at spouse of japanese?or mga tourist visa lang ang machecheck?kung permanent visa holder kasi di na daw machecheck.
