A P1-billion marine theme park will soon make a big splash at the former Boardwalk area along Manila Bay.

The theme park will include a “tunnel walk” through a giant aquarium.

The former Boardwalk area is now the site of busy construction activities for the much-awaited Manila Ocean Park, scheduled to open to the public on Dec. 15 this year.

Manila’s very own “Ocean Park” is envisioned to rival those in Hong Kong, Bangkok, the United States and other places that have become certified tourist attractions.

this is good news. we will have a giant aquarium with tunnel walk in the philippines...having a thought of it give me a shiver...hope there will be no bean spiller/s for this great project(politicians please, spare us this world-class facility).

hope they would continue to rehabilitate manila bay(they will use state of the art equipment to filter manila bay seawater. people :grouphug: let us do our share by not throwing our garbage evrywhere we want and everywhere we please.

this is would be a happy holidays if this will push through on time. kudos pilipinas.

1 B???? Naku huwag nalang muna. Mas marami pang pwedeng paggamitan ang 1 B na yan. Tsaka malamang magkakaroon na naman ng anomalya dyan. Yung bago ngang naia airport ang mahal mahal din tapos hindi naman mapakinabangan dahil may anomalya. Sayang lang yung pera. Ayun nabubulok na yung airport...sayang. ang mahal naman ng entrance mukhang mayayaman lang ang makakapasok dyan:( sana naman murahan nila kasi kung mura kahit mag ilang pabalik balik sila mahalaga pinapasok ng tao...pag mahal sus sa una lang yan maraming tao then di na sila babalik.

dapat gayahin nila mga chinese ang ugali pag dating sa negosyo di baleng mura maraming customer naman.
