sino po ba may alam pano magluto ng sisig......:O
plsss po kahit basic lang po please gusto ko kumain ng sisig at gusto din ni hubby koohhhh...help naman mga katf oh

nakita ko lang po sa internet. Optional yung utak ng baboy....
2 LBS PIG SNOUTS
2 MEDIUM SIZE ONIONS
4 PCS HOT PEPPER
1/4 LB CHICKEN LIVER
1/4 LBS PIGS BRAIN(OPTIONAL)
1/8 LB WHITE GINGER
1/4 TSP OF SALT
1 TABLE SPOON SOY SAUCE
1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE
2 TABLE SPOON VINEGAR
Instructions:CLEAN THE SNOUTS WITH A RAZOR BLADE,BOIL IT FOR 15 MINUTES AND AND GRILL IT UNTILL BROWN.PUT CHICKEN LIVER AND THE PIGS BRAIN TOGETHER IN A ALUMINUM FOIL AND GRILL IT TOO.CHOPPED THE MEAT FINE (TO YOUR LIKINGS)SAME THING WITH THE ONIONS,GINGER AND HOT PEPPER.PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND THE MEAT TOGETHER IN A BOWL AND MIX IT.SMOOSH BRAIN AND CHICKEN LIVER IN A SEPERATE CONTAINER AND MIX IT WITH THE MEAT.LET IT SIT FOR HALF HOUR AND SERVE.

here's one same as they're serving in giligan's island. since wala atang mabibilhan ng ulo ng baboy dito sa japan or kung meron man mahal. just substitute pork skin cut into small pieces. :D
pork skin cutlet boiled and deep fried
onions
spring onions
chilli pepper
black pepper
chicken liver
ginger
soy sauce
vinegar
whole egg
calamsi
just sautee all ingredients except egg and calamansi, then served on a sizzling plate. served with san mig light - ang beer na walang katulad. enjoy! :D
