Walang work experience?
To get a visa, kailangan may sponsor. Company mo po ang mag sponsor? May sure job po ba? Getting a visa is not enough, pagdating ng kababayan natin dito, they need a roof on their head and of course income.

There is no new requirement. The process is the same. You have to apply for a COE.

Let me just set a few records straight.
1. An engineer's visa requires a Certificate of Eligibility.
2. The sponsor always remain to be the employer (it does not require a Japan-based family member or a relative to sponsor)
3. It does not always require money (the COE is free). Visa's, POEA permits, Tickets are a separate issue. So it depend entirely on the employer. If they are serious on getting you for your expertise, they will provide for your documentation expenses.
4. An engineer's visa (the COE as well) requires that the applicant MUST have graduated or has a COLLEGE DEGREE related to the engineering field he is supposed to engage in Japan. So if you will be working as a Computer Programmer, the applicant must be able to present certification of graduation or diploma in Computer Science, or any other related technical course. In the absence of a diploma, ONE MUST BE ABLE TO PRESENT PROOF OF EXPERIENCE. The minimum is ten years (10).
While I do not really doubt this - I will personally advice applicants to shoo away from any recruitment that remains vauge specially if it involves money or makes everything look so easy. Because it really isn't.

Hullo Aizeh!
How much money are we talking about here?
The Japanese government acting through Japan Immigration Bureau must have some formal announcement about this. Surely, you don't mean that your organization could handle the "visa paperwork" at the immigration through your connections at the Immigration. And if you don't mind me asking, who is this boss of yours at the Immigration, do you work for an officer who's working at the Immigration.
One more thing, WORLD ENERGY INCORPORATED COMPANY - haven't heard of them, could you provide us with a website or something so we could check them.

aizeh-san...there are many pinoy engineers here in japan...some have been here for a few number of years, and many have been here for more than 10 years. to say it frankly, MANY if not all of the pinoy engineers here in japan are familiar with the process.
i wonder what power are you talking about?
