Husband was granted COE and has working visa to japan. Wife has also granted 2 years stay and the same with their kids. But wife & children's visa were dependent.

allowed po ba yon? kasi for what i know is that dependent visa can not have full time job but it did not specify in the case of part-time job. please advise.

yup, that's possible but you need to secure a permit, "permit to engage in activity other than that permitted by the status of residence previously granted".

just go to an immigration office and apply for one. its free!

but remember, it states that you are only allowed to work 28 hours a week.
