na hiwalay na ang pinsan ko sa asawa niyang hapon ...at gusto na nila magpakasal ng bf nya na hapon dito sa japan...natapos na rin po niya ang 10mos. na kailangan hintayin bago magpakasal uli..ang tanong po anong mga requirements ang hihingin sa kaniya?kailangan po ba uli ng singleness mula sa pinas?

I dont think so ,dahil nakapag pakasal na sya dati sa hapon..Birth certificate,passport at acr nya lang ..Pag sa city hall requirements lang to huh.

nagREPORT OF DIVORCE na ba sya sa Phi. Embassy??:confused: kung nagreport na...pa-Ammend nya ang passport nya from Married name to Single name...

kung nagawa nya na ang lahat na yan..

ito po ang susunod nyang gagawin ...

Mag-apply sila ng BF nya ng LCCM sa Phil.Embassy..(Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage)

pag ok na ang lahat dumating na yung pina-ammend nyang passport.....pagawa sya ng bagong Alien Card..gamit na ang apelyido ng asawa nya...then..punta na sila sa Immigration para sa spouse visa nya..:)

di na sya hahanapan ng Singleness..kasi Divorce na po sya..:)
