kase po lagi akong inaaway ng asawa ko, and he is always telling me na lumayas na daw.minsan may times ng sinasaktan ako. but still tiis pa rin, you know naman po tayong mga filipina mapag tiis hanggat kaya. and may negosyo kase asawa ko sobaya and at the same time isakaya, e ngayon hima talaga, sa dami ng utang nya parang di sapat ang kita ng omesi nya para mabayaran iyon, wala nga syang binibigay sa akin, kaya nagtatrabaho ako ngayon sa gabe.sa umaga sa kanya ako nagtatrabaho pero wala akong sahod na kinukuha dahil tulong ko na rin sa kanya. syempre po takot lang ako na baka dumating ang time na talagang maghiwalay kame, and di ako naka apply ng PR.kaya balak ko sanang mag apply hanggat maaga, i mean hanggat makakakuha pa ako ng papers nya na kakailanganin sa pag apply.

hindi po ganun. read my replies here. please. alam kong norman lang sa mag asawa ang mag away, kahit may time ng sinasaktan ako minsan pero tiis ko po iyan dahil napamahal na rin sakin ang aking asawa. pero sya rin mismo nagsasabi na lumayas na daw ako at mag rekon kame. hindi po ako ang gustong makipag rekon kundi sya. now, do you have any answers sa tanong ko po? thats all i wanted. please send me an advice. i would appreciate it. thanks!

marami ng ngbigay ng answer sa tanong mo and just like i said we think its early pa to apply for permanency pero if you really want to try theres nothing wrong with it,its just that possibilities of granting your request is low.

How to Apply for Permanent Residence Status in Japan
Permanent Residence Status in Japan
Once you have obtained permanent residence status in Japan (permanent residence visa), you are no longer required to renew your visa status. Unlike work and student visas, permanent residence status does not restrict occupations, and therefore, you have more options in choosing your job. It also gives you easier access to loans at private and public banks.
(Alien Registration, Re-entry Permit System and Deportation System still apply to permanent residence status holders.)
Applying for Permanent Residence Status in Japan.
〈Applicants〉
must have lived in Japan for 10 years or more continuously with valid residence status. (Ones who entered Japan with a student visa must have had a work permit for 5 years or more out of the 10 years.)
must have residence status for “a spouse or child of a Japanese national” and have lived in Japan for 3 years or more.
must have residence status for “a spouse or child of a permanent resident of Japan” and have lived in Japan for 3 years or more.
must have status of “a long term resident of Japan” and have lived in Japan for 5 years or more.In addition to the above requirements, you must be of good conduct (e.g. no criminal record), have assets or skills to make an independent living, and be in accord with Japan’s national interests. However, these are the extenuating circumstances if the applicant is a spouse or child of a Japanese national or permanent resident of Japan.
The abstract from the section concerning a foreign national who has become a spouse of a Japanese nationalIf you are a spouse of a Japanese national, permanent resident of Japan or special permanent resident of Japan, you must have lived in Japan for 3 years or more since your marriage.
If you were married to, and have lived with your spouse outside Japan, you must have been married for 3 years or more and have lived in Japan for one year or more. In addition, your marriage must meet the condition that you and your spouse are living under the same roof. Also, you must have no marital strife (resulted in separation) and have been normally married.

isa po sa requirement na dapat ma fulfill sa pag apply ng permanent visa ay
"3 years or more after the marriage to a Japanese national, permanent resident or special permanent resident and resided in Japan for one year or more."
