Hello everyone,
Sana po'y may makatulong sa akin to teach me how to make pastillas,thank you for anyone who will take time to share their knowledge.

Pastillas de leche

Yield: 1 Servings
1 ½ cup Fresh milk
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Butter
5 tablespoon Full-cream powdered milk
½ cup Sugar, for rolling pastillas


Boil milk and sugar into a paste. Add butter and powder milk. Mix thoroughly. Rest pastillas until firm enough to handle. Divide into 20 pieces and roll into small cylinder. Roll in sugar and wrap in paper.
