english language pack yan, double click lang, then change your control panel > regional settings > language.

pag ayaw pa rin, tsaka mo na lang iinstall dun sa black mean machine, if u also have that one. hehe :D

dude, sabi ng microsoft, starting windows xp, all windows have mui features, kaya lang, limited editions lang ang makakapag-update, kaya kung gamit mo windows vista home, premium, business, d un lalabas sa windows update mo. kaya ko nipost ung direct link. kc d mo ren yan masesearch sa microsoft search. yan ung workaround, i've tried that on my windows vista business. and it works fine! try mo ren, pag ayaw, just extract, then go to regional settings, then browse for files. :D
