I want to start this thread about anything what about prayer. The definitions, how, and what kinds of prayers that God wants to. As a start I want to share this old poem.


WHAT SATAN FEARS MOST

HOW TO PRAY

maraming salamat sa pagsilip ~~ kailangan nga nating lahat.

Madaling sabihin ang dasal or pray.

But to really pray is hard. And there are kind of prayers that God pleases and have power.

I am also on a continuous learning process.

God also commands us to be transparent to one another. Huwag mong ilayo ang sarili mo. God will use other christians for you to feel God's warm welcome pag bumalik ka sa Kaniya. Remember the story of the prodigal son?

And we came to this verse by praying before the day of worship, asking for the leading and help of God what we should pray and sing during service day.

some kind of prayers that must be avoided: These are some of the reasons, that even believing God and accepting Christ, most of us can't feel the Holy Spirit working in our life.

But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. (Matthew 6:7)

the Bible is clear with this, we don't need summarized prayers, repeating it over over, day and night, everyday.

Be sure that we are worshipping God in Spirit and in Truth

This is just a reminder of some irrelevant things when worshipping and actually opposes what is in the Bible.

Isaiah 42
8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

Deuteronomy 4
16 Lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image, the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female,
17 The likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the air,
18 The likeness of any thing that creepeth on the ground, the likeness of any fish that is in the waters beneath the earth:
19 And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven.

Some will defend that those graven images are just like pictures of their love ones, those are not the one whom they worship, but place candles and flowers on it. And there were really many who kneel down and vow down, wipe handkerchief and etc.

God saith Worship me in Spirit and in Truth. Our Body is the Temple of God. So the indwelling must be inside us, through rightful faithful prayers.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

James 4:7-8 Submit yourself to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

Understanding in Spirit, that the devil is our enemy. Unmask his works, and his deceit is a must so that you will know why there is a so called "Spiritual Battle"

We can't do it right to wage war against the enemy, if we are not in-line with our relationship with God.

We must be fully surrendered to Christ. It means, everything and even our sins, know and unknown, and even our iniquities. In this, the Power of the Holy Spirit can freely work in us, and the enemy have no power over us. They will just flee.

Jesus said to cast OUT demons (Mark 16:17). He did not say to go to someone else to have your demons cast OUT. Nor did he say to cast OUT everyone else's demons and leave yours IN.

We Can Be God's Great Warriors

God means the battle for our good and simply uses Satan in his plan to make us great warriors. Through the various conflicts he makes us strong and spiritually mature.

He uses the battle to promote us to higher positions in his kingdom and to press us into intimacy and dependence on him alone. He wants us to win every single skirmish and he has provided all the equipment we need to do so.

Can you accept that battle is inevitable and lifelong? Then if you have been whining and complaining and having a pity party over the hard places in your life, stop right now and do something constructive instead.

Worship in Spirit and Truth

Jesus teaches several things here:
In spirit points to the level at which true worship occurs. One must come to God in complete sincerity and with a spirit that is directed by the life and activity of the Holy Spirit.
"Truth" (Gk aletheia) is a characteristic of God, incarnate in Christ (John 14:6; 2Co 11:10; Eph 4:21) intrinsic to the Holy Spirit and the heart of the gospel. Therefore, worship must take place according to the truth of the Father that is revealed in the Son and received through the Spirit. Those who advocate a worship that sets aside the truth and doctrines of the Word of God have in reality set aside the only foundation for true worship.Truth
Because Jesus Christ is the truth to live in union with Christ requires speaking the truth. To claim to have fellowship with Christ and to possess salvation, yet not to live and speak according to the truth, is to be deceived.

Those who have no truth in them show the real condition of their hearts - that they are in fundamental opposition to God and are outside the kingdom of heaven. A liar is of the synagougue of Satan.

But I am still so thankful na ang ibinigay na work sa aking ni Lord, I can pray while doing my work all day long.

Prayer is a very important part of our relationship to God.

There is something great happening in spiritual realm

And you will see in time, all prayers are being answered and heard, sometimes it is not the exact thing we expect but beyond what we expect.
