Hello po, magandang araw sa lahat. ;D Palapit na ang Autumn....:)

1. My employer pre-terminated my contract in Japan and I am going home soon. Effective ang visa ko until mid next year. I also have a multiple re-entry permit which allows me to go back to Japan anytime. Can my employer cancel my visa by informing the Immigration?

2. Should I found a new job in Japan while in the Philippines, do my new company have to report and make the necessary changes in Immigration before I can come back in Japan?

3. Can my husband go with me upon returning to Japan even if I am still in the Philippines, by tourist visa?

Thank you in advance sa mga sasagot po. :O

Hello po uli... just want to share this after doing some searching in the net. this is also for the benefit of those who are on the same situation with me:

under "Revocation Status of Residence "

#5. The foreign national staying in Japan under any of the statuses of residence prescribed by law*has not made a false statement in the application for permission, but due to subsequent changes in circumstances, he does not need to stay in Japan any longer; e.g., where a foreign student who has been expelled from school due to non-attendance does not go to another school and is not expected to engage in activities as a foreign student in the near future.

Sabi ng friend ko, pwedeng bumalik hanggang may visa, re-entry permit at hindi kinukuha ng immigration ang Alien Card. :)

In that case I think, pwede lang ako makabalik kung may mag-isponsor na bagong company for me, unless hindi nirereport ng employer ko ang resignation sa immigration sa company niya.
