9. Upon termination af expiracy of your connectivity agreement you shall immediately cease to use any documentation and/or software products ("materials") that have been provided to you by us as part of the services and shall, at our written request either promptly destroy or return the materials to us.

Your right to use the software products pursuant to your connectivity agreement is subject to your understanding and compliance with the Microsoft License Notice, a copy of which is available on request.

13. You will ensure that you do not utilize the services in anyway to transmit, receive, or store any material of pornographic, obscene or illegal nature. We may remove offending material from our network.

*The internet service can vary from country to country and site to site. This form is designed for global use. Clients are to confirm service availability with the centre staff prior to completing this form. Please ensure that both pages are completed.

* This configuration provides an I.P. address (10.x.x.x.), wich also uses a shared public IP to gain Internet access. If any other configuration is required please also complete the Access Registration Form. If there are any Doubts as to client requirements the centre team can schedule a conference call with the support team and the client to discuss technical options.

*please indicate whether a dedicated or shared connection is required and enter the number of workstations to be configured for each service type.
please also indicate the number of wired & wireless connections required. Clients can use a combination of these connections.

*center will provide connectivity to the client environment. LAN switching facilitated via the centre communication room is the responsibility of the client.
