Good morning po sa lahat gusto ko lang po itanong kung ano po ang ibig sabihin ng japanese translation na kailangan ipasa sa philippine embassy kapag na divorce kana diko po kasi alam ang procedure mag pa kasal uli after mo ma divorce.pls help naman po:confused:

Report of Divorce (ROD)

Requirements:

Duly accomplished Report of Divorce application form (available at the Consular Information Counter)
Koseki Tohon of previous Japanese spouse indicating the record of marriage & divorce (Original and 3 photocopies)

NOTE: Koseki Shohon (extract or summary of Koseki Tohon) and Juri Shomeisho (Certificate of Acceptance) are not acceptable.
Report of Marriage (if married in Japan or outside the Philippines) or Marriage Contract (if married in the Philippines) (3 photocopies)
Passport (Data page & Picture Page) or CPNI/Travel Document (3 photocopies)
Birth Certificate issued on security paper by the NSO (Original & 1 photocopy)FEES:
Basic Fee ¥ 5,250
Translation Fee (of Koseki Tohon) ¥ 5,250
Total ¥10,500

baka ang hinahanap nila ay ang 婚姻用件具備証明書 (Konin Yoken Gubi Shomeisho) or Affidavit of Competency to Marry.

you can get this at the philippine embassy/consulate. i-ready mo na lang passport mo. you will need to sign the document in front of a consular officer.

then, have this affidavit translated into japanese with the translator's name and seal on the translation.
