Just Four Verses
Here are four divine verses that will not take four minutes to read. But if one heeds its message, the benefits are not only life changing but eternal as well.
First verse:
Ro 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
How many are sinners according to that verse above? ALL.
Are you a sinner then according to that verse?
Second verse:
Ro 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
What did Christ, the Savior do to sinners? HE DIED FOR THEM. Two thousand years ago, the Lord Jesus Christ died for the sins of sinners and resurrected again.
Did Christ die for you according to that verse?
Third verse:
Ac 16:31 So they said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved……….
The word “believe” above is not just some mental assent to the facts about the Lord Jesus Christ. It goes more than that. It means to trust, to entrust oneself to, to commit oneself to. The verse is saying: “Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved.”
If one entrusts/commits his or her salvation to Christ then at that very moment salvation will be his or hers.
Have you trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ alone for salvation?
Fourth verse:
2Co 6:2c “……Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”
When is the day of salvation? NOW
One can be saved now if he or she trusts in the Lord Jesus Christ alone for salvation.
