Mag-e-enjoy ka sigurado dito.....Naisip kong gamitin ang aking vacant condo-resort unit sa Manila (BACK OF ROBINSON`S GALLERIA - ORTIGAS) para tumulong sa ating mga kababayan na walang matuluyan o walang pambayad sa mahal na upa ng mga hotels while waiting for their domestic flights back to their beloved hometowns or simply spending a week or a month short vacation but can`t afford to pay the skyhigh hotel bills...I just thought that this could be the right forum where I can, at least, share my sincerity as a fellow kababayan....mag-isa ka man o pamilya kayo kc 2 BR-FULLY-FURNISHED UNIT ito....mag-e-enjoy ka sigurado dito....ang current rate kung daily - 2,900 yen lang per day....kung weekly naman, 2,500 yen - per day....75,000 yen per month...SWIMMING POOL (day & night swimming - F R E E :) :) :) ).......BASKETBALL, BADMINTON & TENNIS COURTS; BILLIARD HALL; KARAOKE ROOM; PARTY HALL; CLUBHOUSE; TELEPHONE & INTERNET ACCESS; 24-HR. Its a bit expensive virgo. For around that range - one can get a nice hotel room within the makati or ortigas area. If I'd rent something for emergencies or business trips - Its hard to justify the 7 man range. I'd rather get a condotel of full service apartelle for something less. To make it attractive you might want to reconsider your pricing.

Sad to say, I only had a chance to go to P. Faura when I did money exchange during my vacation last August and still the route was not to the airport.

But if you want my honest opinion, taking a left fr. P. Faura down to Roxas Blvd. all the way to Pasay leading to the airport is a faster alternative route than any other way I`ve known.

Just hope this helps you.

I think this is Robinson Manila (P.Faura) not Robinson Galleria (Ortigas)
nalito ako doon ah hehehe.. magnda itong unit mo Virgo-san

Sayang nga lang kung walang gumgamit.. Ok ito for extra income.

Malapit ang place na ito sa Malate..and Ermita at Baywalk..
kaya ok na ok ang gimik na place dito.. ingat nga lang sa ibang tao na mapagsamanatala sa lugar na ito.

The clause is: `if the visitor can`t find a cheaper place to stay in Manila`. I never intended to compete prices (regardless of the current peso equivalent of the Japanese yen) because my purpose is more on a friendly and compassionate manner than a commercial or a profitable one. You might be correct if you say you can get a condotel of full service for something less. But you forgot to mention if they could provide you similar amenities or more than I offered. And better yet, you also forgot to mention if they permit you and your whole family or friends to accommodate one same room or same bed for just one price.

This is actually my most modest offer to our more adventurous balikbayans, who would want to consider a tranquil place to relax and at the same time explore sports and other indoor activities around considering the complete and full amenities of the place. A haven where they would want to come back for more.

That is the reason why I made an offer than nobody can`t resist.... a worry-free place to stay...a good lasting impression of our `balikbayans` esp. of our beloved visiting Japanese that... indeed, ordinary people like you and me.... can also have a slice of a good environment and the good life.

There was a little change naman na...in fairness to BF....since there`s this MRT along EDSA na...but people expect further and better change especially when it comes to traffic....If I may say, kung sino man ang makaka-solve sa traffic problem around Metro Manila....siya ang iboboto kung next President of the Phillippines....:D :D

Thank you for the compliment...I don`t think there are enough amenities Cityland can offer their clients....I promise, hindi ako mapapahiya if ever you want to try and come for an inevitable experience to my `lil` paradise. Instead na masayang ang time habang di siya natitirhan (bec. I work here), I`d thought of it as a rewarding pride for all my `kababayans` who would want to see the other side of being in a state of `PEACE OF MIND`...:) :)
