i tried to translate your Consent Letter, but i can't say that it is totally perfect, but i follow the format of the Consent Letter made in japanese. in a consent letter, there is no need to put the reasons why you are agreeing to every item written on that. so, nilagay ko lang yong main contents na kailangan nyang aprobahan. please refer to the attachment file(format and sample one). this is just my translation, you can confirm it to the other one.

base sa content ng letter mo, medyo delicate ang contents nya and i think its better for you to contact someone who are doing translation to some formal documents like this kasi baka you need to submit this to KAZOKU SAIBANSYO(Family Court). it will cost maybe 20,000 yen or more base on the translation price on the market, but you are rest assured that the document is perfect.

i'll be needing the letter for applying visa to UK.. getting married na kasi next year and we are all staying in England. one of the requirements for my son's papers is to have a letter from his father that he is aware we are leaving Philippines and no objection.
i'm not married with my japanese ex and he is not in his kosekitohon (im not sure if i spell it right) but my son's has his name. i'll be applying for an affidavit of abandonement and solo parent ID here (Pinas) too. need the letter for assurance na wala ngang habol ang tatay nya.
well i guess this is one of the burdens of all the single mother/parent out there.. tayo na nga ang nagpapakahirap sa anak natin tapos kakailanganin pa ng kung anong consent galing sa father nilang wala namang naitulong. it is just so unfair.. but i have to face this ayoko namang iwan dito ang anak ko sa Pinas, ikamamatay ko. i just hope after all this magiging maayos na lahat.
oops! ayan naibuhos ko pa ang sama ng loob ko, hehehe. sadly but true.
