Can you please help me about these following words to translate in romaji and kanji? I badly needed these for me to communicate to my boss dito sa office regarding sa code of labor natin dito sa Pinas...Thank you in advance mga kaTF:)

3. Thirteenth Month Pay
4. Exploitation of workers

I only pulled out my dictionary and some of my thoughts..so I am not sure if this will help, but if you will say this they can get a clue..

I have no idea of number 4.
But　Exploitation　In　 Japanese　Is　開発　（かいはつ ） kaihatsu or 搾取　(さくしゅ）sakus hu

workers 労働者　ろうどうしゃ　rou dousha

ex:　強制休暇、kyousei kyuuka (mandatory day off)

2. Statement of Accounts→　決算書、kessan sho

3. Thirteenth Month Pay→13ヶ月分給与、juusanka getsubun kyuuyo

4. Exploitation of workers→ 労働者の搾取、roudous ha no sakushu
