It is important to remember that our many blessings are from
our Heavenly Father. Therefore we should count our blessings
and thank Him for them daily: ALWAYS GIVING THANKS TO GOD THE
FATHER FOR EVERYTHING, IN THE NAME OF
OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST.
( EPHESIANS 5:20 )

One of the functions of angels is to watch over
God's Children here on Earth. For it is written; HE WILL
COMMAND HIS ANGELS CONCERNING YOU TO
GUARD YOU IN ALL YOUR WAYS. ( HEBREWS 1:14 )
Therefore it is clear that our Heavenly Father will send us
an angel in times of need!

Now, let me ask you this, have you ever met an angel?
Well I bet you have! An angel doesn't have to be a Spiritual
Being, sometimes they are human beings just like you
and me. When you think about it, we all have encountered
another person who has been just like an angel to us.
A person who has reached out to help, comfort and guide
us in times of need. The World is full of these human
angels! I'll even bet that someone has even called you an
angel at one time or another.

So , the next time you encounter a person in need,
reach out and be an angel to them! Your Heavenly Father
will bless you for it!

Now may; THE GRACE OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST,
AND THE LOVE OF GOD, AND THE COMMUNION OF THE
HOLY SPIRIT BE WITH YOU. Amen

(readily and freely) as God in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:32 AMP).

As followers of Christ, our character should mirror His character. We
should be helpful to one another, kind and tender toward one another,
understanding and loving. Most of all, we should be extending forgiveness
to one another in the same way that Christ extends forgiveness toward
us. In other words, forgive unconditionally. Many times, people won't
forgive until the other person says they are sorry. Or, they won't
forgive because they think somehow they are punishing the other person or
giving them what they deserve. But the only person that is hurt by your
unforgiveness is you. When you hold unforgiveness, you can't be forgiven
by God, and you are the one locked up in the hurt and pain. Don't hold
unforgiveness any longer! Forgiveness simply begins with a choice to
obey
God's command. When you open your heart to forgiveness, you open your
heart to God's healing and restoration in your life. Make the choice
today to forgive others--readily and freely--as God in Christ forgave you!

A Prayer for Today

Heavenly Father, thank You for shaping my character and making me more
like You. I invite You to work in every area of my life. I choose to
forgive just as You have forgiven me. I bless Your holy name today. In
Jesus' Name. Amen.

Dear Tf friends,
We are indeed made in God's image. When you think about
that it means, God has feelings and emotions just like we do.
Now that means that God can experience anger just as we
sometimes do. Remember Noah's Flood, as well as, Sodom &
Gomorrah to just name two. How about Jesus in the Temple
with the money changers, now that was righteous indignation
indeed!

Then there is Love, who has more Love than our Heavenly
Father: FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE
HIS ONE AND ONLY SON, THAT WHOEVER BELIEVES IN
HIM SHALL NOT PERISH BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE.
( JOHN 3:16 ) AND WE KNOW AND RELY ON THE LOVE
GOD HAS FOR US, FOR GOD IS LOVE. ( 1 JOHN 4:16 )

God also experiences sorrow, remember when Jesus went to
raise Lazarus from the dead? Is it not written that first: JESUS
WEPT, ( JOHN 11:35 ) then He raised Lazarus from the dead!

So TF friends, when you think about God remember He is
your Loving, Caring, Heavenly Father. A Father who understands,
and is always there for you no matter what. One that you may
always turn to with all of your troubles and sorrows, for He truly
understands!

Therefore always tell God how much you love Him when you
pray, and never be afraid to share anything with Him! After all:
THE LORD YOUR GOD IS WITH YOU, HE IS MIGHTY TO SAVE.
HE WILL TAKE GREAT DELIGHT IN YOU, HE WILL QUIET
YOU WITH HIS LOVE, HE WILL REJOICE OVER YOU WITH

Today TF friends, we will look at the shortest Chapter
in the Bible. It is located very close to the center of the
Bible as well, which is Psalm 118:8. Now the Chapter I
am speaking of is the 117th in the Book of Psalms.
Though it is only two verses of praise for our Heavenly
Father, it gives us two big reasons to praise Him indeed!

PSALM 117

1. PRAISE THE LORD, ALL YOU GENTILES! LAUD HIM,
ALL YOU PEOPLES!
[Laud] means, "to speak very well of." The Hebrew word
for Gentiles means all people except the Jews; thus this
word means all other groups, along ethnic or language
lines.

2. FOR HIS MERCIFUL KINDNESS IS GREAT TOWARD
US, AND THE TRUTH OF THE LORD ENDURES
FOREVER. PRAISE THE LORD!
Merciful kindness refers to God's faithfulness to His
Covenant promises, to His Children all over the World.

Now Friends, have you ever said to yourself, "I can't
think of anything that God has done for me lately. Therefore
how can I praise Him?" Well, this short Psalm gives us
two big reasons to praise our Heavenly Father; His
tremendous love toward us, and His faithfulness that
endures forever. So just think, if God did nothing else for
us He would still be worthy of our highest praise everyday!

become closer to Him as well, for it is written that if you: DRAW
NEAR TO GOD AND HE WILL DRAW NEAR TO YOU.
( JAMES 4:8 )

Now isn't is a pity that so many in this World today feel
unloved and alone, when all they have to do is reach out
to God? For it is also written: GOD IS LOVE. (1 JOHN 4:8)
Why not pray for them tonight, and always tell God how
much you love Him when you pray. For God has said:
"I LOVE THOSE WHO LOVE ME, AND THOSE WHO SEEK
ME DILIGENTLY WILL FIND ME."
( PROVERBS 8:17 )

So friends, LOVE THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART,
WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.
( MATTHEW 22:37 ) AND HE WILL LOVE YOU AND BLESS
YOU in return. ( DEUTERONOMY 7:13 ) He will also fill you
with His Great Love, a love that the World does not know.

We all face something in our lives that seems just like the
giant Goliath did to that young shepherd boy, David. So just
as David, if we put all of our trust in our Heavenly Father, we
will be victorious as well! For God has promised us, "FEAR NOT,
FOR I AM WITH YOU; BE NOT DISMAYED, FOR I AM YOUR
GOD. I WILL STRENGTHEN YOU, YES, I WILL HELP YOU, I
WILL UPHOLD YOU WITH MY RIGHTEOUS RIGHT HAND."
( ISAIAH 41:10 )

After all it is written that: HE GIVES POWER TO THE
WEAK, AND THOSE WHO HAVE NO MIGHT HE
INCREASES STRENGTH. ( ISAIAH 40:29 ) That is of course
when: WE WALK BY FAITH NOT BY SIGHT.
( 2 CORINTHIANS 5:7 )

Therefore friends, when facing your own "Giant," remember
the story of that young shepherd boy David, and his tremendous
faith in our Heavenly Father! After all it is written: FOR
ASSUREDLY, I SAY TO YOU, IF YOU HAVE FAITH AS A
MUSTARD SEED, YOU WILL SAY TO THIS MOUNTAIN,
'MOVE FROM HERE TO THERE,' AND IT WILL MOVE;
AND NOTHING WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU.
( MATTHEW 17:20 )

FINALLY. MY BRETHREN, BE STRONG IN THE LORD AND
IN THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT. ( EPHESIANS 6:10 ) For you
are His Child and He will always Love and Care for you as well.
