thank you for your concern,this is a japanese company where you will not become an arubito but a part timer meaning you will become regular, and if you will continue to work,the company is also paying for your pension that you can receive upon reaching your retirement.And besides I stated there that this is just a starting salary for those interested.And also the work is easy and easier once you become used to it.
