Looking for two persons for the role of Escalation Analyst.
Succesful candidate will work onsite at a financial company premises in Okinawa.
Main Roles:
Opening incident tickets
Escalating tickets to appropriate parties and monitoring their status
Data Maintenance - contact list update and knowledge base input
Customer impact information collection
Recording and Reporting of said items
Requirements:
Knowledge of basic I.T. terminology
Good commucation and organizational skills
MS Office skills
Fluency in English
Flueancy in Japanese (at least conversational Japanese)
Ideal candidate should have had either Computer Science/Engineering background and 1 or 2 years of job experience.
Must be already living in Okinawa or relocate to Okinawa in 1 week's notice.
Start: February 1st and March 1st, respectively
Salary: negotiable
