Help naman po mga ka TF
Gusto ko sana magluto ng Lumpiang Shanghai bukas..
kaya lang ang problema di ako marunong magluto ng sauce nito...:(
Yung bang malapot na kulay light orange...tabetai po ako nun..

Ate Adecha help naman po!!!:)

Im using sweet at spicy sauce form thailand,may makikita kang pulpbits ng sili but its not so spicy..Try this halos lahat ng inattendan kong party ito ang ginagamit nila sa lumpiyang shanghai nila.

sweet n sour sauce:
ing:
garlic
onion
ketchup
flour(in a cup of water)
salt n pepper
vinegar
red bell pepper

proc:
saute garlic,onion pour the water w/ flour, boil
add the ketchup and salt n pepper,boil
add the bell pepper
last is the vinegar..boil for a min

hello to miss katheyrine, since po tungko ito sa lumpiang shanghai pwede po bang magtanong nalng din po ako..kung pano magluto ng lumpiang shanghai... luto nlang po ako..kasi wala po akong nakita dito nga filipino restaurant... nakakagutom kasi pag nakabasa ako ng mga filipino food ang talking about the filipino restaurant...

eto sauce pa rin ng lumpiang shanghai

1 cup of pineapple juice
¼ cup of ketchup
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup of vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
3-4 tbsp of minced garlic
½ cup of water

In a saucepan, mix the above ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer until the sauce is thick.

½ Kilo …. Ground Lean Pork
½ Kilo …. Chopped Shrimp
¼ Kilo …. Chopped Onions
¼ Cup …. Soy Sauce
½ Teaspoon …. Salt
50 pieces …. Lumpia Wrappers
Oil
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients.
In lumpia wrapper, place enough mixture and roll.
Deep-fat fry.
kahit wala na pong shrimp masarap po yan.:)
