Hello mga katf....can anyone enlighten me about this keibai bukken that i have been hearing from my brazilian co-worker. He said that its the best way to buy a cheap house here in japan. If there is anyone whos done this or has knowledge about this pashare naman...thanks a lot...:confused:

ang keibai bukken ay yun mga bahay ng mga taong may utang na di nakabayad at kinukuha ito ng comp. ng pinagkakautangan mo , or ang mga taong di nakakabayad ng tax . at ito ay benebenta sa murang halaga .:)

It's a Key Bank Bukken..You can inquire sa nearest bank near your place..But better kung japanese ang mag i inquire..
