Timog Forum's new look

We just updated Timog Forum, and with a brand new February theme. We're running a beta software and there are still glitches around. The user profile layouts, for example, are still not fixed. The chat section is still not working. As always, you should delete your browser's cache if you have trouble logging in or out. If you notice other bugs, please report them in this thread. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu.

Admin,

The new scheme must be designed to make me stay away from TF while at work.
Meaning, I can’t be seen with a pink TF window. It attracts too much attention plus my guys will think I’m gay.

Since every internet access may be logged down secretly or your work may be video-taped at your office, it is too dangerous for you to open TF at work in the first place.

My suggestion is you buy Windows-keitai (smart-phone), such as softbank X02HT. or other cellphones that have full-browser function, and you can open TF sa CR.:)

Thank you for your comments and suggestions. For those who find the new look jarring or gayish, please bear with us a bit while the Valentine season is still with us. It's nice to see different colors from time to time, i personally think it stimulates and replenishes the heart even though pink is not really my favorite color.

Other members seem to find it 素敵, unfortunately we cannot cater to everybody's preferences - there's no way to individually set the design settings of TF. We, however, always consider everybody's comments, so you could rest assured that we always think of what you think of TF. :)

scenario on firefox:
the page says it has 300 pages. currently im in page 298, when i click last or next page, i am stuck to the current page :rolleyes:

same thing, except that when i hit the last link, ie is saying that the page cannot be displayed. :(

just a question sir nick, i noticed in the user profile that the status of last activity is also shown for invisible users. is there a way to have it hidden from other users?

hey TF guys,

are you experiencing this? i logged in, and of course i`ll be directed to the home page. but when i clicked on the main forum page, i appeared as log-out. when i clicked back the home page, there, i`m logged in again.

i logged out and closed all my internet windows, then cleared all my caches, hoping it would be ok, but to no avail.

don`t know if this is a bug or what...any of you out there who has the same glitch? what did you do to resolve it? can you share it pls? thanks. :)

Fortunately, we don't do this theme change every month, only during Christmas season and February. This time we updated the software as well, so there may be bugs somewhere.

The new look/color theme is nice and suitable for the Valentine season of love. It is good and exciting to experiment and try different looks sometimes. I like pink and it is one of my fave colors. But I must be honest though that in here it may be a bit difficult for the optically challenged. Perhaps soft pink would be kinder. Although the previous forum color was easier on the eyes...

Glad the forum is back. Thank you for the efforts and for making this forum lively and interesting :)

I think maybe the question should be, "Why not pink?" if our Valentine's theme happened to be some other color, like yellow or brown. But since your complaints are valid, we made a special boring gray office theme just for you two. You can select that from the bottom-left corner of the page. (You have to be logged in for this to work.)

Also, this pink theme is only for February and we will be back to our default blue next month.

By the way, if you want to know, in the office I use Firefox with customized colors for the links, text, background and no images, so as not to attract unwanted attention. Happy surfing.
