If it is so small you don't need them. It will just going to eat some of your margin. ask somebody who is more qualified than them, e.g. The people around where your biz. will rise, successfull biz. owner around the vicinity of your chosen location etch. The biz. strategy as I said differs in every location.

Thing s to consider is, first, magkano ang kapital, second, magkano ang kailangan ng pamilya. Kailangang balanse lagi ang dalawa. Never, I said never put your investment to the biz. that will not give you your needed amount to survive.

Continuation of TURNKEY.
The trap. Thier main biz. is software
Now they already made a profit when you buy their software, and and then you ask their advice, for a certain percentage for the profit that your biz. can make. The trick is this, for them, it doesn't matter if you fail, you already bought their software anway. and if your biz become a success then good for them they can get additional share. I'm telling you what they care is their biz. and not yours.

Sabi nyo mahirap din humanap ng investor which is true naman talaga, other ideas? What about putting their money in investment instruments, can they afford that?

Tell me what you want to put up it doesn't matter about the cost, and I'll show you the way to do it. Please as I said, just want to help nothing more. Investment instruments will not going to give the sufficient fiunds to stay alive.
I do have a lot of choices and the worst choices and I don't have enough time, for now, to discuss all.
Taxi and other mode of tranpo biz. WORST why?

You can ask that sa mga bank or browse their websites pag may time ka. ;)

Hi,
There is always a certain degree of risk associated in any investment. The riskier an investment is, the more you are likely to lose. On the other hand, the greater the chance of earning also translates to greater loss.
It is never safe to NOT keep track on your investment porfolio. For Mutual Funds, at least check on it regularly online, at least once a week, so you can divert or re-allocate it to other funds if necessary.
The least riskier is investing your money in secured bonds/money market or T-bills (which is risk-free) although the interest rate is not that favorable as of late as it was in the past. Been doing it for years, better than keeping it under the mattress.
Btw, if you won't mind ano ang mutual fund company mo sa Pinas?
I'd been thinking of investing and a bit browsing the net for some reliable or best-performing mutual funds companies in RP but has yet to find a potential one...:)

When you ask for their products itanong mo lahat kahit marami review them at saka ka mamili minsan kasi aalok nila sayo yun products na mahina which is kelangan nilang i-push kasi ang high-yielding madaling maubos ang slot may bulungan kasi jan sa fave nilang client....haha

Minalas ako ng pasok sa Mutual Funds (Dec 2007), after that nagsibagsakan na ang market (US subprime mess). No choice lang kasi ako dati kasi yun lang yung time ko na nasa Pinas ako.
My take on MF, if you don't need your money for at least 3 years (the longer the better), okay na rin ang growth nito. Kumbaga ang style jan is invest and forget :P , tapos pag naalala uli (after 7 years maybe? :D) saka na lang iclaim.

I have invested at ATR KimEng Equity. You can check out history statistics on all registered ICAP MF companies here . (http://www.icap.com.ph/factsfignavps.asp) Use Internet Explorer, minsan di gumagana sa Firefox.
Lahat talaga nagbagsakan early this year, and so I guess mukhang magandang opportunity na rin na mag-invest ngayon habang mababa pa. Unfortunately for me, wala akong 'tao' sa Pinas to do the investing for me kaya hintay na lang hanggang next na uwi ko. :(

historical data of all mutual fund companies: complete with YTD, 1 yr/3yr/5yr return, etc.
Equity, Balanced, Bond, Money Market Funds. Just click on the history link relative to desired company to be monitored.
