Ohayo!

Open mo muna yung device manager. Click mo yung mo yung my computer,tapos sa kaliwa itaas ,view system info.,then my box na lalabas sa hardware may device manager click mo yun tignan mo sa sound,video contrloller kung may markang question mark na dilaw then tsaka ka mag post uli!:)

click mo start tapos sa kaliwa sa taas makikita mo na control panel.

...pede rin ito ....itapat mo mouse cursor mo sa My Computer tapos rightclick --->i-klick and Manage (pang apat mula sa taas)-----> click Device manager:)

...dyan po makikita mo yung sinasabi ni Vectra-san then post mo po dito.

kung naka speaker po kayo...

try nio pong i disconnect, tas connect nio po ulit... :)
