Ang mission ng foundation is to dispatch trainees for Japan. Very humanitarian ang mission but at the same time ay kumikita ng legal because of monitoring fee for every trainees na maii-dispatch. Everything about it is ok na kaya lang hindi mapa register due to lack of fund for BOND sa SEC.

Marami pa ang puwedeng ipanganak na business under the umbrella of foundation..
Anyway, if theres a will theres a way daw...
Hopefully, she/he will be a good guy.
TARA NA JOIn na tayo!

i think this is misleading...you need an incorporator for a foundation? or you mean incorporator for a corporation?
pagkakaalam ko po kasi sa foundation is a non-profit organization. maybe you want to call it a foundation to avoid tax liabilities. i wonder paano kumikita ang mga foundation when it should not.

Actually there's a lot of kind of NGO'S,and not all ngo's are for giving reliefs,or volunteering kind of work.
NGO's or foundations are allowed to charged people accdg sa service that they render sa client, dahil remember may opisina yan may binabayaran yan monthly expenses at saan nila kukunin yung pambayad sa mga expenses na yan? syempre sa mga client.
And all these legal Foundation's and NGO'S are registered with SEC, dumaan sa masusing pagaaral bago mabigyan ng License, at dun sa application nakasulat lahat dun at nakaitemize isa-isa kung anoano klaseng serbisyo ang kanilang inaapply.
I hope nasagot ko ng maayos ang iyong querry to lighten you up to these matter.
Thank you:)

NGO's are different form NPO's. and foundation should be non-profit organization.
NGO is non-governmental organization
NPO is non-profit organization

A foundation is an entity that is established as a nonprofit corporation or a charitable trust, with a principal purpose of making grants to unrelated organizations or institutions or to individuals for scientific, educational, cultural, religious, or other charitable purposes. This broad definition encompasses two foundation types: private foundations and public foundations. The most common distinguishing characteristic of a private foundation is that most of its funds come from one source, whether an individual, a family, or a corporation. A public foundation, in contrast, normally receives its assets from multiple sources, which may include private foundations, individuals, government agencies, and fees for service. Moreover, a public foundation must continue to seek money from diverse sources in order to retain its public status.
Foundation is a non-profit organization that normally receives support from gifts, donations, grants, or fees and gross receipts from admissions, sales, etc. and normally receives not more than one-third of its support from investment income.

What happens after the training? What are they going to train in? Will they be absorbed by a company in the Philippines?

Hi WRANGLER San!
Trainees must undergo sa Japanese language and culture. After 2 months of training they will absorbed by the companies na accredited sa JITCO (counterpart of TESDA in Philippines)
Once na ang foundation was registered to SEC. two or three of the incorporators will go to Japan for MOA signing sa group of companies na accredited to JITCO.
Good day!;)
